Kingsford Smith International Airport, better known as Sydney Airport, is one of the largest airports in the Pacific, comprising 3 terminals (one International terminal and two Domestic terminals). It welcomes almost 40 million of tourists every year and is situated 11 km from the centre of Sydney, or about 35 minutes by transport.

Quantas international business lounge - SYD

Qantas International Business Class Lounge

Eligible Aircalin passengers can access the Qantas Business Class Lounge at Sydney Airport. Located airside in Terminal 1 on Level 3, the Business Class Lounge is accessible by escalator and lift, which are signposted for you. The lounge offers a variety of spacious seating areas and all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy yourself. While waiting for your next flight, enjoy the view and perhaps a glass of Australian wine.

  • Location: Level 3, Airside, Terminal 1 (after security)
  • Opening hours:  Lounge hours are 5am daily and are available on all our flights from Sydney. 
  • Services: Free WIFI, national and international press, refreshments, disabled access, Bar Service, Barista coffee, family area.

Shuttle, bus and train services link the International and Domestic terminals  (from 5 AUD).

Family area

All toilets have infant changing facilities. An activity centre and children's cinema are also available at Terminal 1.

Health services

Sydney Airport has a Medical Centre in the International Terminal and pharmacies situated at each terminal. If required, you can contact the medical centre on (02) 9667 4355. The airport has also been designed to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility, and wheelchairs are available from the local tourist office.

Transport

Transport Sydney

Car/taxi

If you want to travel to the city by car or taxi, you can find car rental companies in terminals 1 and 2. Taxis are situated at the entrance of each terminal. A single trip to the centre of Sydney costs around AUD 45.

Train

Sydney Central Station is 15 minutes from the Airport and costs AUD$18 - $21 per passenger.
